The owner of the webshop seasiderendezvous.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop) is O\u00dc Seaside Rendezvous (registration code 16199593), located at L\u00e4\u00e4nemere, Kalana village, 92230 Hiiumaa municipality, Hiiu county. <\/span><\/p>\n

Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information <\/b><\/p>\n

Terms and conditions of sale apply when booking through the website. <\/span><\/p>\n

The prices of the products sold are indicated with the products. All prices include VAT. <\/span><\/p>\n

Information about the accommodation can be found on the accommodation page of the Webshop. <\/span><\/p>\n

Placing an order <\/b><\/p>\n

To order the goods, you must select the accommodation you wish to book and proceed with the booking. Buttons will guide you through the booking process. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields. The amount of the fee, which can be paid by card, is then displayed. Card payments are brokered by Stripe. <\/span><\/p>\n

The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop. <\/span><\/p>\n

If the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded, usually within 1-2 working days. Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 7 working days to receive your payment. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dispute resolution <\/b><\/p>\n

If the purchaser has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to info@seasiderendezvous.ee or by telephone to 5016636. <\/span><\/p>\n

If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can consult the procedural conditions and submit an application by. <\/span>here<\/span>. <\/span> The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop. There is no charge for the Commission to examine the buyer’s complaint. <\/span><\/p>\n
